We are an internet only store. Our distribution center is located in Boston,
Massachusetts. All the merchandise we carry is shown on our website.

Any information that you submit to Blueberry Babies will not be sold or
otherwise released to a third party. All personal information collected
during the shopping experience is used to fulfill your order or advise you of

Custom and
Personalized Purchases
Custom-designed art, bedding, accessories, select gifts and clothing, and other
made-to-order items require payment in full upon order. Because artisans craft
these items to your specifications, Blueberry Babies cannot accept returns of
custom items.
Each personalized and custom-designed product requires a different amount of
time to produce before shipping. This information can be found on each product
page in the "Availability" section. Please note that since these items are
one-of-a-kind and produced by hand, the time allowed are only estimates and may
vary a few days. PLEASE NOTE: choosing an expedited shipping method only speeds
up the shipping transit time - it does not expedite the time before shipping on
custom or personalized purchases.
If you ordered items that take more or less time than others, our policy is to
ship your order to you once it is complete. If you would like items shipped as
they are ready, we are happy to accommodate at a cost of $8.95 for each shipment
sent Ground or $25.00 if you request expedited shipping. Just
send us an email to let us know if you'd like to take advantage of our partial
shipping option.
Blueberry Babies works to ship your custom-made and personalized purchases as
quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able
to cancel your order after it has been placed. If you need to cancel your order
please email us the same business day at customercare@blueberrybabies.com and we will do our best to
accommodate your request.

Payment Options
We accept MasterCard and Visa. We never include the receipt with orders, as many purchases are gifts. A receipt is emailed to you immediately upon placing your order. If you need another copy of your receipt please contact
us and we will email one to you.

Blueberry Babies collects 6.25% sales tax on products shipped to the residents of
Massachusetts.

Gift Wrap
Blueberry Babies provides a gift wrapping service to our customer at a cost of
$5.00 to wrap your entire order. A few items are too large to wrap, but this is
noted on the individual product page. Our complimentary gift cards are ready to be part of the baby's memory book.
No need to add gift wrapping to our gift baskets! They come beautifully wrapped
in clear cellophane with a festive bow that coordinates with each basket's color
and theme at no additional cost.

Returns and Exchanges
Custom Items
Custom-designed art, bedding, accessories, select gifts and clothing, and other
made-to-order items require payment in full upon order. Because artisans craft
these items to your specifications, Blueberry Babies cannot accept returns of
custom items. Items that are custom are noted as such on the product page under
"Availability."
Non-Custom Items
Blueberry Babies is happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on full-priced
merchandise within 14 days from receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be
unused and in it's original condition. Sale merchandise is not returnable.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable unless the item was damaged during
shipping. Re-shipping charges will be applied in the case of exchanges unless
the exchange is due to an error on our part. Please send returns to:

Include your name, address, email address, reason for return, order number (if
you have it) and a request for either a refund or exchange. Refunds can only be
credited back to the card used to make the original purchase. Within two weeks
of receipt of your return we will process either your refund or store credit.
Information about how to redeem your store credit will be emailed to you.
Please rest assured that if
the item you are returning is a gift, the gift giver will not be notified of
your return.

Shipping and Delivery
Unless noted on the individual product page, all orders are shipped 1-2 business days
after you place your order. PLEASE NOTE: choosing an expedited shipping method
only speeds up the shipping transit time - it does not expedite the time before
shipping on custom or personalized purchases.
For your convenience, we offer two methods of shipping: Ground (3-5 Business Days) and Expedited (1-2 Business Days). All expedited packages are shipped via Express Mail, Ground packages are shipped Priority Mail.
Our shipping and delivery days are Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. On
the day your order ships you will receive an email from us with the shipping confirmation number.
We offer a flat shipping rate of $8.95 for all orders using Ground shipping within the 50 United States. This rate applies to orders
sent to one address.
We offer Expedited (1-2 Days) at a Flat Rate of $25.00 via Express Mail.
Please be sure that the "Ship To" address entered is accurate and complete to
ensure prompt delivery.

International Orders
At this time, Blueberry Babies does not ship items outside the 50 United States. We do, however, encourage customers who
live outside the 50 United States to consult with a freight forwarding company.
Blueberry Babies is happy to ship items to freight forwarding companies within
the US that can then ship items to international destinations.

Product Availability
Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items before we can
update our website. If we do not have an item that you've ordered in stock, we
will contact you via email. Because we do not charge your credit card until we
ship your order, charges for out-of-stock items will not appear on your bill.

Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an email with your shipping confirmation number. You may visit the UPS Tracking Page on their website to check the status of expedited deliveries. Please consult the "Availability" section of
the product pages for any custom and personalized items you may have purchased

delicious and unique baby gifts and accessories for newborns through their first
