In order to help you in the most efficient way possible, we now offer an outstanding Help Desk.

By emailing us at customercare@blueberrybabies.com, you can ask a question, make a suggestion, get any kind of help you need. Once you send an email to that address, your own customer file and ticket number will automatically be generated. Using our new help desk will avoid any hold times or phone tag, it will create a paper trail of your issue, and you will be guaranteed a response within 12-24 hours. Often much, much sooner!
